Windsor Palms Villa Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions must be accepted as part of any booking:

Occupancy is limited to 14, that's two per bedroom and two on the sofa bed.

Pets are not permitted within the Windsor Palms resort and the Villa.

Smoking is not permitted within the Villa.

Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00pm.

Check-out time is no later than 10:00am.

The standard rates do not include the 13% Florida Tax which is due on all bookings.

There is a cleaning fee of $130 / £95 for bookings less than 10 nights duration.

A 10% deposit will be required to secure all reservations.

The cost of heating the spa is included. The Pool is also heated from October - May. If required during other months a daily fee will apply. Arrangements can be made with the property management company on arrival.

The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A damage deposit of $500 is required which will be refunded after departure assuming no damage to the property.

Payment with a credit card will incur a 3.5% handling fee.
