6 Bedroom Villa at Windsor Palms resort near Disney Orlando

This fantastic south-facing villa at the Windsor Palms resort, near Walt Disney World, Kissimmee, Orlando has its own heated pool and separate heated spa, 6 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 14 guests. It comes with air conditioning so remains cool inside even in the hottest conditions.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with a huge upright fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dinner set and cutlery.

There's also a washing machine and dryer.

Inside there's a dining table with seating for 6, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, with a further dining table under cover outside with seating for another 6.

The lounge area features a built-in big screen TV set and DVD player.

A computer with High Speed Internet Access is provided at no extra cost.

Two ground floor bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. One has a fantastic King size bed, large TV, with bathroom facilities including his/hers wash basins, separate shower, bath, wc and huge walk-in dressing area, the other has a Queen size bed and separate bath with shower over, and sink / wc. There is also another large double bedroom with TV.

Upstairs there are another 3 bedrooms, one with a King size bed, large TV and fantastic views over the conservation lot at the back of the Villa.

Linens and towels are provided sufficient for all guests at no charge.

The Villa is very child friendly, and has a Stroller, Pack 'n' Play Crib, High Chair, and a safety fence is available to put up around the pool if required.

The games room features a Pool Table, Air Hockey table, Table Football (Foosball) and TV with PS2 and a selection of PS 2 Games. Plus a comfy chair for relaxing in. A great room for kids of all ages.

Pool Heat is inclusive October through May.

The cost of laundry and cleaning the Villa after departure is free for bookings over 9 days.
